Caliper circlips are used mainly for small shafts and are designed for applications with low axial loads. They are manufactured in accordance with DIN 6799. In contrast to the external and internal seeger circlips, they are not equipped with eyelets and are seated in place by radial mounting (i.e. vertically onto the axis). Thanks to its shape, the fuse clicks correctly into the groove and thus performs its function well.
